-Family-friendly, hands-on workshops & meet-ups throughout the month focused on food work, gardening & sustainable practices  based in Kerhonkson, NY 

-Learn & share skills in Seed-to-Compost, including but not limited to (no-till gardening, harvesting, cooking & meal prep, food preservation (drying, canning, fermenting, freezing), recipe ideas, compost, starting seeds, perennial foods, wild foods and more) 

-Includes 1 monthly foraging event + 4 preservation days (learning skills in seed-to-compost) and other pop-up opportunities to get involved in local food & land work
